Relationship Marketing or Social Media Marketing?
Relationship marketing. That’s what I’ve been calling social media lately.
Social media is a more all-encompassing term. Not all uses of social media are marketing, after all. But right now, most companies don’t care about those otherĀ uses. They want marketing. They want new business.
So, relationship marketing.
What do you think? Better title? Better than social media marketing? Does it even matter?
